Razorblade Kisses- Twinkle Twinkle Little ScarRazorblade Kisses- Twinkle Twinkle Little Scar

Razorblade kisses are the Uks only Elegant Gothic Lolita rock band apparently!, Twinkle Twinkle Little scar is there album debut.

Well from the off, im liking the actual music but the vocals, seem to touch a raw nerve, they seem to get good that go into some stupid little girly voice, that's when it grates on the teeth, luckily they don't really continue for the duration of the album. The instruments are well played, im a particular fan of the guitar playing,it is decent, the bass i cant really pick up on but its in there, there are some violins spread out across the tracks, the drumming is simple but precise. The lyrical content is your typical and some times stereotypical goth lyrics, still cant say i'm a fan of the way the lyrics are sung though. If your into goth rock i can recommend it, i do tend to be a fan of this sort of music, but its a bit soft for my tastes, plus the vocals are hit and miss, you'll either love them or you'll not be happy with them, id say hate, but that's a bit strong, i guess you can put up with them.

Twinkle Twinkle Little scar is released on the 28th of October just in time for Halloween

4/5
