I remember when AFI released their last album ‘Decemberunderground’
and I remember listen to the lead single ‘Miss
Murder’ and feeling very disappointed in the
direction that AFI had took with the fact that the
song was to repetitive and to poppy well AFI seem
to be back on form with their brand new sing ‘Medicate’
which is taken from their brand new album ‘Crash
Love’ which is released in a few weeks time.
‘Medicate’ is the kind of song that
will grow on you the more that you listen to it,
on first listen you may well be thinking when
are AFI going to get back to releasing good songs,
and then after a few more listens you will realise
that AFI are back to releasing good songs as ‘Medicate’
is a real strong sounding track with that signature
AFI style instrumental work going on with Davey
Havok’s loveable and melodic vocals taking
you on a beautiful ride.
I have a lot of faith in the forthcoming AFI
album ‘Crash Love’, especially after
seeing how great ‘Medicate’ is, get
your arse over to I Tunes on the 12th October
and grab yourself a copy of ‘Medicate’
it won’t disappoint you.
