Shadows Fall is an American Heavy Metal Band. Retribution
is there 6th studio release and is released on there
own label Everblack Industries.
The Album Opens with a picked acoustic instrumental,
before launching into My Demise, a heavy track,
which is followed by Still i rise, which is fast,
heavy and a possible future fan favorite. The
album seems to show that Shadows fall have taken
a step forward in the bands evolution, the songwriting
is much better than previous efforts and the song
structure is much better too. The Guitar solos
are pretty damn good in every song, the vocals
are also pretty damn good too, lots of energy
being emitted in the songs such as Embrace Annihilation,
that will surely get the circle pits in motion,
The album overall is very good and a definite
step in the right direction for the band, i look
forward to seeing them later in the year.
Retribution is released on the 15th of September.
4/5
