Last month Twin Atlantic totally blew with away
with their free download single ‘Lightspeed’
with the way they song was catchy as hell and at
the same time packed a massive punch in the guitar
riff department.
The new mini-album ‘Vivarium’ from
Twin Atlantic is due for release on the 14th September
through Red Bull Records and exactly a week before
that release date, Twin Atlantic will be releasing
their brand new single ‘You’re Turning
Into John Wayne’, the song is about how
American culture is everywhere, so much that so
many bands put on fake American accents in hope
to crack the scene in America, whilst it’s
important for Twin Atlantic to stick to their
roots.
From the second front man Sam McTrusty opens
his mouth during ‘You’re Turning Into
John Wayne’ you can tell that Twin Atlantic
are doing exactly what they say and sticking to
their routes with McTrusty’s heavily sounding
Scottish vocals, the track once again features
some killer guitar riffs, in places they are quite
heavy packing an punch and in other places the
riffs are full of catchy hooks, the song is very
much different to the previous single ‘Lightspeed’
but is of the same high quality all around.
Twin Atlantic have got a stadium rock sound that
is really going to help them go far over the next
few years, they have already supported some major
bands such as Taking Back Sunday, Smashing Pumpkins,
Biffy Clyro, Circa Survive and it’s now
time for Twin Atlantic to grow whilst selling
out venues across the country on their own headline
tours.
