Single Review
Enter Shikari - JuggernautsEnter Shikari – Juggernauts

Enter Shikari have been working on the follow up to ‘Take To The Skies’ for some time now and the only new song they have previewed since that album was released was actually a re-working of one of their old un-released songs called ‘We Can Breathe In Space, They Just Don’t Want Us To Escape’, the song was ace and most people respected it as a new track as not many people would know it was an re-working of an old song unless they really looking into the history of Enter Shikari.

The second Enter Shikari album is pretty much finished now and is due for release on the 15th June and is once again being released on the bands own ambush Reality record label and the album is called ‘Common Dreads’ but whilst you wait patiently for the album to be released, Enter Shikari are realising a new single in the name of ‘Juggernauts’.

‘Juggernauts’ , kicks straight off with a big explosion of synths and dance beats giving you the feeling that you are in a big nightclub in Ibiza ready to dance the night away and then seconds later Rou Reynolds fast and catchy vocals come in giving the song that rocky pop feel that Enter Shikari are well known for and then suddenly the song changes in style again with Rou’s vocals coming along more spoken word in the style of Mike Skinner from The Streets and then seconds later the song changes in style again with loud shouty group vocals bringing the hardcore side of Enter Shikari out, ‘Juggernauts’ in places is like classic Enter Shikari material but at the same time it offers so more and is going stand out for the best once the radio stations pick up on it.

The new Enter Shikari album may be just over a month away but I am sure that ‘Juggernauts’ will keep you happy for now.

5/5
