Put your hands up if you are excited as much as
I am that The Ghost Of A Thousand are back with
a new album penned for release on the 1st June,
yes I am sure most of you are as the band simply
rock and now they are signed to one of the best
homes of hardcore punk rock which happens to be
Epitaph Records and are releasing their new single
‘Bright Lights’ a few weeks before the
album on the 18th May.
‘Bright Lights’ is a song that perfectly
showcases that The Ghost Of A Thousand are back
better than ever and ready for another hectic
18months, the song is crammed full of thick and
fast guitar riffs that are so powerful they might
quite possibly leave you dribbling for more, vocally
things are still as hectic as ever with front
man Tom Lacey screaming like a man who has been
told his voice will be lost forever within 4minutes
so make the most of it, the song will have you
punching, kicking and screaming along and once
it has finished you will be screaming for more
but luckily the wait isn’t to long as their
second album is just around the corner.
Who would have thought it that when these guys
released their debut album on Undergroove Records
back in 2007 they would go on to become one of
the most talked about and hottest bands in the
hardcore punk scene? Well they are and they are
going to go extremely far, ‘New Hopes, New
Demonstrations’ will be the start of these
guys soon to be extremely successful future.
