The Answer are currently one of my favourite old
skool rock sounding bands, they are right up there
with AC/DC, Airbourne and even the Stone Gods in
my opinion, the band haven’t long finished
supporting AC/DC on their mammoth arena tour across
England and a few other countries in the world.
On the 24th May The Answer are due to release their
second single ‘Tonight’ from their current
album ‘Everyday demons’, the song is
a really upbeat classic rock song, it has the classic
guitar riffs that you have come to expect and appreciate
from The Answer as well as a huge sounding guitar
solo that will excite you, front man Cormac Neeson’s
vocals are just as loud and clear as ever and the
song happens to be one of the main standout tracks
from their current album.
The main b-side to the single is an acoustic
version of ‘Tonight’, and it proves
to be such a good listen, hearing The Answer play
a totally stripped down version of one of their
songs and still managing to sound like they are
rocking out.
The other song features on the single is ‘Dead
Of The Night’ , the song is featured on
the current album and is about Belfast town and
what it’s like their at night time, the
song is really upbeat and once again features
some stunning riffs and major catchy moments.
2009 is already proving to be the most important
and successful year for The Answer to date, their
new album ‘Everyday Demons’ has been
doing extremely well, they have already supported
AC/DC who happen to be one of the biggest rock
bands in history and now they are releasing yet
another amazing single.
