THERAPY? is a rock/metal-band from Northern Ireland
that was founded in 1989 that are still avoiding
being labeled in one genre of another after almost
20 years, This will be there 12th studio release.
The album has punk-ish delivery sounding vocals,
on enjoy the struggle there is a great bass line
from Michael McKeegan although it does sound a
lot like the bass line from beautiful people by
goth rocker Twiggy Ramirez from Marilyn Manson.
The album gets heavy that you can head bang to
but then has mellow moments to give your head
a rest before kicking off again with the rocking
out. It has some sing along choruses like in Somnambulist.
Magic Mountain is an instrumental track that seems
to have two halves melancholic and then electronic,
its experimental and it works. The album closes
with Bad Excuse for Daylight with a chugging guitar
riff and a off kilter chorus.
Available on CD & Vinyl, out now
