Telegraphs are a young five piece band who have
just signed to Small Town Records, a label that
really cares for the bands that it signs. The band
are currently working on their so fall untitled
debut album but in the meantime will be releasing
‘I Don’t Navigate By You’ which
is the second single to come from their forthcoming
album.
‘I Don’t Navigate By You’ is
a really loud and strong sounding song, the dual
female/male vocals really do wonders for the band
and brings a good variety to their music where
Hattie Williams vocals are really beautiful sounding
whilst Darcy Harrison has a more aggressive louder
set of vocals which really mixes things up a big,
the song becomes quite a big and really melodic
when Hattie and Darcy reach their peak, the guitar
riffs are quite thick and heavy whilst the drums
are constantly being banged away at.
If Telegraphs have more songs as big sounding
as this under their belts then they are going
to have a really bright future as they are such
a confident powerful sounding band, and I do believe
this is just the beginning for them.
4/5
