'Awake' is the forth single from the pop punk four piece, My Awesome Compilation.
This song is straight off there latest album, 'Actions'.
The song tells the tale of small, disenchanted towns mentalities and
sounds much different from anything the band, have previously released
before. It is such a good summer anthem; the vocals are great with memorable
lyrics.
If you have heard any of the bands previous stuff, 'Awake' proves that
the band have experimented with a different sound and pulled it off well.
2006 is going to be a good year for the band who are currently bursting
out of the UK underground punk scene after playing with such great bands
such as Fall Out Boy, Brand New, Alkaline Trio etc.
