I got this CD a few weeks ago and it hasn't left my CD player since. The
Random Heroes are the kind of band that the UK punk scene really needs
at the moment and this album demonstrates why.
The first thing you notice from listening to this album is the length
of it. It has 12 tracks and is just 21 minutes and 7 seconds long. (Most
songs are under two minutes long.) It's not a bad thing, as such, because
it's short, fast and just how punk rock is meant to be.
Every song is musically fast, lyrically catchy and each sounds different
from the last. My favourite tracks on the album are “Rockstars”
and “P Scene” which are both speedy and memorable.
Overall, the album is awesome and is going to bring good things for the
Random Heroes. The only negative thing I have to say about the album is
the length but that's more than made up for with the quality of the songs.
It leaves you wanting more.
4/5
