Now what do we have here, a fresh new band from
Hitchin, Hertfordshire with such a fun and upbeat
sound which is the perfect soundtrack for the summer
whilst enjoying some nice cold beer with your friends.
The members of Flamboyant Bella are extremely young
and have not long finished their exams but are all
excited and about to head out on the road for a
month long tour which calls at all the major cities
and seaside towns across the UK. Flamboyant Bella
have some interesting song names such as 'Second
Minute Hour, 'Absolutely Wankered' and their new
forthcoming single 'Touch'.
'Touch', is a true summer song that has such
a bright feel about it, as soon as vocalist Flo
Kirten's vocals come in you will start to think
that you are listening to a remix of a Kate Nash
song as Flo's vocals are so similar to those of
Kate Nash, it’s when Flamboyant Bella's
second vocalist James McBreen's vocals come in
that you come to senses and realise that this
is not a Kate Nash song but it's a top song that
has the potential to become successful as it’s
a lot better than most of the stuff that’s
riding high in the mainstream chart at the moment.
Flamboyant Bella have created a top song with
'Touch', it will have you dancing around your
room and you will find yourself taking in the
lyrics as they are so witty, I would seriously
advise you to get a copy of 'Touch' as the song
is so perfect and could well become a collectors
item when Flamboyant Bella move into the mainstream
as there are only 1000 copies made and the band
have been creative and have harnessed the cd to
the underside of a Frisbee which will have the
artwork printed on and act as the cd cover. Flamboyant
Bella are just what the alternative music scene
needs at the moment and it won’t be long
before the major labels come out fighting to sign
them, just watch this space.
