Duffy is currently having the time of her life,
her debut album 'Rockferry' spent four weeks at
the top of the UK album chart and has now gone double
platinum after selling over 600,000 copies in the
UK alone, she has just played at the infamous SXSW
festival and is set to head out on her sold out
UK tour which calls off at many festivals across
the country. Duffy's second single release 'Mercy'
was the song that really helped being her major
success, the song was extremely catchy and a radio
friendly song that proved to be a huge hit for her.
Duffy is now releasing her third single 'Warwick
Avenue'.
'Warwick Avenue' tells the story of meeting an
ex at Warwick Avenue tube station. The song shows
off Duffy's wonderful vocals, her voice is bright
and really soulful sounding, the song is so different
from 'Mercy' but equally good in such a different
way. 'Warwick Avenue' is a gem of a song and shows
why there is so much hype surrounding Duffy at
the moment.
