Bullet For My Valentine are back with 'Hearts Burst
Into Fire', the seconds single to be taken from
the bands extremely successful second album Scream
Aim Fire. The band promised that their second album
would be more heavy and aggressive than their previous
effort, this is something the band have managed
to achieve but at the same time the album does have
some great slowed down moments such as with their
new single 'Hearts Burst Into Fire'.
'Hearts Burst Into Fire' is quite a powerful
fast paced song, there are moments of aggression
but it’s the melody and outstanding guitar
work that really makes this song one of the most
stand out songs on the album and a great choice
for single number 2. The riffs are powerful and
the solo's are technical and mouth watering, the
overall song has been written and recorded perfectly,
bringing one of the best songs Bullet For My Valentine
have ever created. The b-side to 'Hearts Burst
Into Fire' is an acoustic version of the song,
which just sounds a lot more stripped down from
the album version but sounds quite real and is
something I wish more bands would do.
The release of 'Hearts Burst Into Fire' show
why Bullet For My Valentine are one of the best
British rock bands around at the moment, they
are an extremely hard working band who sure know
how to write hit songs.
