The Kaiser Chiefs are rounding off there most successful year to date
with their forth and final single release from their number 1 album 'Yours
Truly Angry Mob' the single the band have chose to release is the ever
so mellow 'Love's Not A Competition (But I'm Winning) and it will only
be available for download and a limited edition gatefold 7" single.
'Love's Not A Competition' is quite a laid back song with a really serious
sound, Ricky Wilson's vocals are clear and the acoustic guitar played
throughout the track sounds very simple but adds to the seriousness of
the track.
The track is not the kind of track that’s going to take the charts
by storm or gain the Kaiser Chiefs a bigger fan base, but then again that’s
probably why the band aren’t giving the song a huge release considering
it’s only being released via the bands website.
