Irritant are a young four piece rock band from Gloucestershire who blend
classic metal and progressive rock together to come up with their own sound.
The band are just about to release their debut single 'Voice Of The Siren'
which is taken from the bands current EP 'Good Evening From the Machine'
'Voice Of The Siren' is a song that is mainly driven by a dual assault
of guitars that are played with passion and sound as beautiful as guitar
driven music should. The vocals are quite chilled out and get quite catchy
sounding in places. The guitar solo's are long but are full of variety
with chopping and changing in sound as they go on making sure you don’t
get bored of the bands brand of progressive rock which is played with
such perfection.
Irritant are certainly on the right tracks to success and are surely
going to be a band that we will be hearing a lot from in the future if
they can carry on writing such beautiful sounding guitar driven songs
played with such skill and passion.
