Ronnie Radke best known for being the lead vocalist
of Falling In Reverse and ex vocalist of Escape
The Fate has announced that he is releasing his
very own rap mixtape album album called ‘Watch
Me’ the album see’s him team up with
the likes of Andy Biersack, Jacoby Shaddix, Danny
Worsnop, Craig Mabbit and many other artists as
he lets rip about so many things close to his
heart.
‘Watch Me’ is scheduled for release
later in the year but in the meantime Ronnie Radke
has just released the single ‘Asshole’
which features Black Veil Brides front man Andy
Biersack on guest vocals and oddly it comes at
a good time as Andy Biersack has just revealed
that he has a solo side project in the works under
the name of Andy Black and this may well give
his hardcore fan base an inkling on what to expect.
‘Asshole’ opens with news reports
on Ronnie Radke’s 2006 arrest which saw
him spend a couple of years in prison for battery,
the song flows for just over 5minutes and for
the majority Ronnie Radke raps about his past,
the lyrics are hard hitting and the rap executions
are equally as hard hitting as Ronnie Radke lays
down every single lyric in a way that you just
know he means each and every word, Andy Biersack
comes in during the chorus to give the song a
slight infectious feel as he sings “woaaah
I lost my fucking mind, it happens all the time,
I can’t stand myself I’m a asshole
baby, woaaah I’m fashionably late I’m
the one you love to hate because I can’t
stand myself because I’m a asshole baby”.
It is safe to say that Ronnie Radke is one of
the most controversial front men in the rock industry
at the moment who has had a rollercoaster of a
life and musical career so far and it is safe
to say that the man has a lot to say and couldn’t
give a fuck who he offends in the process which
is clearly proved at the end of the song when
he says “If you don’t like it go and
fuck yourself”.
Overall ‘Asshole’ is a great listen
it may not be as bonkers as his music with Falling
In Reverse but if ‘Asshole’ is anything
to go for it is as equally unpredictable.
