 
Back in 2011 Charlie Simpson went and released
his debut solo album ‘Young Pilgrim’
which opened a new chapter in the talented musicians
life, the album received rave reviews across the
board including a 5 star rating here at Alternative
Vision, 3 years later and Charlie Simpson is gearing
up to release his second studio album ‘Long
Road Home’ the album is due for release
on the 14th July and Charlie Simpson has openly
admitted that it has been the hardest album he
has ever worked on where at times he nearly gave
up but is incredible proud of the finish product.
‘Long Road Home’ may still be a couple
of months away from being release however Charlie
Simpson has just released ‘Haunted’
which happens to be the second single taken from
the forthcoming album, just like the music from
his debut solo album ‘Haunted’ is
really quick and easy to get into and within seconds
you will be loving Charlie Simpson’s big
infectious vocals and the general acoustic, melodic
and fun feel of the song.
I personally can’t wait for album number
two from Charlie Simpson as if the likes of ‘Winter
Hymns’ and ‘Haunted’ are anything
to go for then ‘Long Road Home’ is
going to be well worth the 3 year long wait.
