Bring Me The Horizon are fresh from headlining
the UK leg of the Vans Warped Tour at Alexandria
Palace, London and they are ready to start 2013
in style with the release of their forth studio
album ‘Sempiternal’ which is due for
release towards the end of April, yet for the
people who can’t wait that long for new
Bring Me The Horizon music are in luck as they
have just released ‘Shadow Moses’
which happens to be the first single to be taken
from their forthcoming album.
‘Shadow Moses’ is a beast of a track
and easily one of the strongest tracks that bring
Me The Horizon have ever created, it is well structured
with chugging guitar riffs, pounding drum beats,
diverse sounding strong lead vocals from Oli Skyes
which are one minute sing-a-long and the next
minute big in your face raw screams and shouts
of “fuck, fuck” over dub step style
sounds, yet the best bit about the song is the
gang chant-a-long chorus where Bring Me The Horizon
really lay the smack down shouting out “We’re
going nowhere”.
You can’t hide the fact that Bring me The
Horizon have always been a marmite band who you
either love or hate and I have to say that ‘Shadow
Moses’ has the biggest potential ever for
Bring Me The Horizon to gain some new fans whilst
pleasing their hardcore legion as yes the song
keeps to the heavy style that Bring me The Horizon
have been playing for all these years yet they
bring more some much more style and variation
to the table this time around.
