 
Japanese Voyeurs are on a mission to put dirty
experimental grunge rock back on the map, the
band have just completed a stint on the Rock Sound
Tour and are soon to head back out on the road
with The Black Spiders but before that they are
set to release their brand new single ‘Get
Hole’ on the 18th April.
‘Get Hole’ is taken from the bands
forthcoming debut album ‘Yolk’ and
it really does showcase the bands dark grunge
style, the vocals from front lady Romily Alice
show signs of an early Courtney Love in places
but often sounding so far away from that, instrumentally
the song is full of unpredictable riffs which
come and go when you least expect them to.
Overall ‘Get Hole’ is a big improvement
on the bands previous releases and if their debut
album ‘Yolk’ features more songs of
this quality then it may well be time to start
taking the Japanese Voyeurs serious.
