 
It is not every day that you come across a band
who blow you away within seconds of listen to
their music, in fact it hardly ever happens and
that is why I feel that ex Chiodos frontman Craig
Owens new band D.R.U.G.S are special and have
more to offer than what most bands do these days
and are instantly going to get to the top of their
game.
The band’s debut single ‘If You Think
This Song Is About You, It Probably Is’
is the best song that I have heard so far this
year, granted the year is only a few weeks old
but it is also better than most of the songs that
were released in 2010, the song opens with a massive
flurry of drum beats that make you jump out of
your skin if listening to on your Ipod at full
volume, this is then followed by Craig Owens softly
spoken opening vocals and moments later the guitar
riffs come in with a crunch, the start of the
song is great but it is the melodic chorus which
Craig Owens sings with passion that fully draws
you in to put the song on repeat time and time
again.
Many people thought Craig Owen was done when he
was kicked out of Chiodos back in 2009 but he
has come back bigger and better than anyone expected
and Destroy Rebuild Until God Shows or should
I say D.R.U.G.S as many people know them as are
going to take the alternative music scene by storm.
