I have to admit that I haven’t heard anything
from The Bluetones in a long time now so it was
a pleasant surprise to receive their new single
‘Golden Soul’ and straight away I realise
that in all these years The Bluetones haven’t
changed and can still pen classic easy listening
indie tunes.
‘Golden Soul’ is such a beautiful
sounding chill out song it is the kind of song
you can listen to in your living room with your
slippers on, feet up whilst smoking a cigar relaxing
in the best possible way, now don’t get
thinking that the song is boring because it is
not it is the kind of song where everyone at the
bands gigs will sway their arms from side to side
with their lighters brining a sea of light to
the venue.
Overall ‘Golden Soul’ is a soft beautiful
chill out song that The Bluetones hardcore fans
are going to love.
4/5
