Primary 1 are currently on tour supporting Elle
Goulding on her sold out tour and to coincide with
that tour they are releasing their new single ‘The
Blues’.
‘The Blues’ features Nina Persson
from The Cardigans and to be honest it really
isn’t all that, the song features a variety
of synths and electronic beats which come across
alright but the vocals from Nina really give the
song an depressing feel, now this could be down
to a matter of opinion but I am really struggling
to find a positive thing to say about ‘The
Blues’.
After listening to ‘The Blues’ it
is safe to say that the song is not for me and
I am also quite sure that Primary 1 in general
are not for me, however I will give future releases
from them a fair lesson just in case something
does grab my attention.
