I love Attack! Attack! Their self titled debut album
was fantastic and to add to that they are one of
the friendliest bands that you will ever meet, they
play honest poppy punk music that you can’t
help but sing-a-long to and have a little boogie
to at the same time, the band have been busy writing
and recording music for their forthcoming second
album but in the meantime they are releasing a brand
new single in the form of ‘Not Afraid’
which is being released on the bands new label Atticus
Black.
‘Not Afraid’ is a song about being
yourself and believing in yourself so if you keep
the faith in yourself you will also be able to
achieve what you set out to do which in the case
of Attack! Attack! They have certainly achieved
more than what they set out to do as they have
played pretty much every major festival across
England, have been featured on Guitar Hero 5,
have an outstanding album under their belts with
a second just around the corner and have toured
all over the UK on a number of occasions.
The music of ‘Not Afraid’ is so much
faster than previous Attack! Attack! Material,
but overall it features the same big sing-a-long
radio friendly formula that everyone has come
to love and expect from Attack! Attack!, Just
executed in that more mature way.
Things started off well for Attack! Attack! In
2008 with the release of their debut album but
I am sure that 2010 is going to be the year that
everyone starts to take notice and respect Attack!
Attack! For being the biggest pop-punk band ever
to come out of Wales.
5/5
