Losers is made up of two well known top blokes which
happen to be Tom Bellamy from the Stone Temple Pilots
and Eddy Temple Morris who first found fame a good
10 years or so ago when he presented a programme
on MTV with Zane Lowe, since then Temple Morris
has become a well known and loved DJ on XFM and
is now releasing his debut single ‘No Man
Is An Island’ with his new Losers project.
‘No Man Is An Island’ is the kind
of track that will piss you off after the first
listen and might even continue to piss you off
after the second but in the end after a few listens
the song will start to grow on you and you will
start to respect the work of these two talented
men, the song features a bit of a dirty industrial
dance sound with massive Leftfield style bass
and really simple robotic sounding vocals which
name checks many different people, artists and
general things such as “Jane’s Addiction,
Nine Inch Nails, Football, England” and
much more.
If you like Pendulum, Liam Howlett, Prodigy,
Leftfield or any band that fits within that genre
then ‘No Man Is An Island’ is a track
that you really need to check out.
