I first listened to Turbowolf a few months back
when they release ‘Read And Write’ I
was pretty disappointed with the band due to the
fact that everything about them made me think that
they wanted to be the Gallows, from the artwork
to the single right down to their overall sound,
well the guys are now back with their new single
‘Let’s Die’, time to see if my
mind has changed or not.
‘Let’s Die’ is a lot better
than ‘Read And Write’, the song features
a wide variety of noise coming from the hectic
drumming and fast guitar riffs, the vocals are
a lot easier to get into this time around as well
and sound very different from the Gallows wannabe
vocals of the previous single, the song features
lots of electronics which is enough to excite
the scene kids these days.
The b-side ‘Ancient Snake’ starts
off with a lot of noise with tinny sounding drumming
and proper screamy vocals, the song packs a good
sound and run’s at a good pace, not a bad
effort at all.
My opinions of Turbowolf are slowly on the rise,
let’s just hope the band get better and
better with each and every song they release.
3/5
