‘Comfort Zone’ is an epic ballad that
has been a live favourite for the bands fans since
it as first aired in 2008 and now it is being released
as a single on the 23rd November to coincide with
the bands 1st headline tour of the UK in a year
which starts two days after the single in released.
Everyone who has heard the bands second album
‘Everyday Demon’ will know how great
the album is and how much The Answer have grown
over such a short period of time and everyone
who has seen them live over the past year or so
will also see how they have grown on the live
circuit, anyway back to ‘Comfort Zone’,
the single version of the song has had a slight
remix and sounds slightly different from what
you would remember but the song is still that
powerful ballad that you first fell in love with,
Cormac Neeson takes you on a beautiful sounding
journey with his loving vocals.
The b-side is a rocking song called ‘Here
To Stay’, the song sounds more like AC/DC
than any other material from The Answer, but then
AC/DC should still be strong in their head as
they have been touring across the world with the
guys for the past 12 months or so.
The other b-side is an acoustic version of ‘Comfort
Zone’ and in my opinion it is better than
the main version of the song, but that is because
I do have a big soft spot for acoustic music and
The Answer sure know how to knock out acoustic
tunes.
The Answer are on a journey to the top and they
will not be stopped as to be honest the band are
fantastic and the release of ‘Comfort Zone’
is just living proof of how good The Answer are.
